A distributed team of 10+ senior developers from Moldova, Romania and the United States, with 15+ years of production code behind us. We are the engineers behind systems shipped to clients in Chișinău, Bucharest, Berlin, New York.
We are not an outstaffing shop and we do not sell hours. We are a group of engineers who have worked together for over 15 years — under different contracts and brands — on real projects: fintech backends, mobile apps with tens of thousands of active users, e-commerce platforms, IoT fleet infrastructure, legacy system integrations.
We bring the right people in for each project — not a one-size-fits-all team. 10+ senior engineers in the core network. Specialisations: Python / Node backend, Flutter and iOS native, React / Next.js web, AWS / Azure DevOps, Pydantic AI and RAG.
Philosophy: ship less, but ship well. Code is tested, architecture is documented, deployments are reproducible. When we finish a project, your in-house team can take over without lock-in. Communication in English, Romanian and Russian.
Senior engineers in Chișinău, Bucharest and the US East Coast. We work async, with at least 4 hours of EU–US time-zone overlap. For projects with specific requirements (Swift/Obj-C, embedded, complex DevOps, enterprise security) we bring in the right people from our extended network.
For projects with enterprise security requirements or US-market presence, we collaborate with WebOperative — a US consultancy specialised in IT automation, AWS Lambda, Okta / SSO and OS hardening. The teams complement each other: you get product engineering (mobile, web, backend) plus IT automation and security expertise, under one point of contact.
